Treavor began his career in 1995. Within the first six months of his career, he participated in the R.V. Tucker Institute Course held at the University of Washington. He was honored with the opportunity to provide laboratory support for some of the best operators in the country. This experience in the technician field provided him an incredible foundation for his career. He attended the Class One Occlusal Morphology Course with Russel T. DeVreudg, CDT to continue his training.

For the past 18 years, Treavor has worked alongside Coy. He has helped mentor the Munster, Germany Study Club meeting, the Indianapolis Study Club and has helped provide laboratory support for many other annual meetings, including the meeting in Victoria, Canada in 2000. Since he began, Treavor has helped provide laboratory support at the R.V Tucker Institute Course at the University of Washington. During the 2003 study club at the University of Washington, Treavor, Coy and Kimberly opened the lab to 50 operators, a unique situation they had not done in the past. Coy and Treavor helped fifty doctors with their wax patterns. Over 100 castings were made that day!
